Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum order?
Rocky Top requires a one-time first order of $5,000. After your initial order, orders of any any size and quantity can be accommodated.

How are items shipped?
A majority of items are shipped freight collect through one of our multiple freight companies. Rocky Top receives a substantial discount through all of our carriers and this discount will be passed on to you. You may also select your own carrier.

What is the turnaround time for orders?
In general, Unfinished Cedar furniture requires 4-6 weeks. Finished Cedar furniture is 6-8 weeks. Walnut products can be 8-10 weeks. Rocky Top does keep some products in stock for immediate shipment. If you have a customer requiring a "rush" order, please call us for availability.

What if furniture arrives damaged?
Rocky Top ships our products nationwide on a daily basis, and takes extra precaution in packaging to see that all furniture arrives undamaged. If furniture arrives with any damages, please note them on the bill of lading and contact us immediately. Rocky Top will then file a freight claim on your behalf and rush the shipment of replacement products.

Do you offer drop-shipping?
Yes, Rocky Top can drop-ship to any of your customers.

Can I sell your products from my e-commerce website?
Yes, once your initial one-time order of $5,000 has been placed, Rocky Top can offer drop-shipping to your online customers at no additional charge.

What is your return policy?
Rocky Top will accept returns for furniture arriving back to our facility undamaged. A return authorization number must be issued prior to returning, and can be obtained by calling your account representative at 1-800-332-1143.

There is a 30% restocking fee based on the wholesale value of the furniture. Dealer will also be responsible for any shipping fees and insurance required to return product.

Does the furniture require assembly?
Very little assembly is needed for our furniture and can be completed with small household tools, and in some cases no assembly is needed at all (i.e. dressers, chests, nightstands, case goods, etc.). If assembly is required, Rocky Top provides all instructions and hardware necessary.

Do you offer a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, Rocky Top offers a lifetime manufacturer's warranty on the construction of our furniture. We will replace any part that fails due to faulty materials or workmanship.

We do not warrant products that have been modified or repaired in any way by the consumer or anyone other than the manufacturer. Abuse, neglect or improper assembly will also deem the warranty invalid.
