Warranty

Rocky Top offers a lifetime warranty on the construction of your log furniture. It also warrants that its merchandise is free from material defects and will replace defective parts/products for a period of up to one (1) year from date of delivery in accordance with conditions set forth below.

To claim manufacturing defect, Rocky Top should be notified promptly of the defect and supplied a copy of the invoice and delivery ticket. A visual inspection via digital image sent by customer to Rocky Top is necessary to verify that a manufacturing defect exists.

If replacement is required in accordance with this warranty and the defective material or merchandise has been discontinued or unavailable, Rocky Top reserves the right to select and supply similar merchandise; otherwise the same material or merchandise will be supplied for replacement purposes.

WARRANTY IS VOID FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

1. Improper maintenance or improper use resulting in damage.
2. Any product modifications by customer or other parties not authorized by Rocky Top will void this warranty.
3. Warranty does not cover minor variations or differences between website images and your furniture.
4. Cost of packaging and shipping to and from our warehouse not covered by the warranty unless otherwise stated.
5. Normal wear and tear.
6. Damages incurred during transportation. (If shipping damage is evident upon delivery of order), please call 800.332.1143 refer to SHIPPING for instructions and procedures for delivery claim damages.
7. Damages incurred during assembling or maintenance.
8. Damages incurred by accidents or abuse.
9. All sales are final.

This warranty is made SOLELY TO THE PURCHASER and is NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact Rocky Top with claim. We advise all purchasers to retain invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes.

This warranty supersedes and replaces all implied warranties of merchantability and use for particular purpose. No representative, employee, or agent of Rocky Top or any other person is authorized to assume for Rocky Top any additional liability or responsibility in connection with Rocky Top merchandise except as described above. Implied warranties or merchantability and fitness of the merchandise are limited to a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. In no event shall Rocky Top be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages of any kind.
